carborm Discovered Mona during last year's Reading Music Festival and immediately connected with the music. Was fortunate to catch the show at the Electric Factory in Philly and believe that the band made inroads with winning over a many fans that night. Was pleasantly surprised to hear that the band was playing one of my favorite venues, Johnny Brendas . (Although I think the North Star Bar fits the band better stylistically...(is that a fuckin word ? ).
